Another Morgan First

Today Morgan experienced another first....her first haircut! Yes folks, she is 39 months old (a.k.a 3 years and almost 3 months). And this IS her first hair cut. I have been holding to every precious lock for this long. However after a few comments on the fact that her hair might need the dry ends snipped, I took her to my favorite stylist, who happens to be literally across the 2 lane road in Small Town USA. Susie has been cutting my hair for years and was a natural choice for the honors of cutting Morgan's hair first.


At first Morgan wasn't too keen on the idea, but then the big chair came out and Morgan was intrigued...

The cape was a fun addition, and kept Morgan busy while we needed her to look down. She really wanted to watch herself in the mirror a lot!

When it was all said and done, you really can't even tell she got a haircut because her hair is SOO curly! But the fuzziness of her hair is now gone, and I am glad to FINALLY have a curl to put in her scrapbook!
